QUEEN B SKIN POLICIES
A valid Credit Card is required to book all appointments.
A non-refundable 50% Cancellation Fee will be applied if you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your service. No Shows will result in a 100% Cancellation Fee.
Arriving 10 Minutes Late and/or failure to communicate via TEXT or CALL (Not DM) will result in a $10 late fee. This will cut into your allotted time and may result in you not receiving all of the services originally booked.
Queen B Skin reserves the right to charge the full price of the service booked for any appointment that is marked as a no-show. You agree to these terms anytime you book an appointment here at Queen B Skin.
*APPOINTMENTS BETWEEN 5PM - 7PM CAN NOW BE BOOKED UPON REQUEST AND WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA $10. THE FOLLOWING TIME SLOTS CAN BE REQUESTED BY DM OR TEXT.
