Below are our most Frequently Asked Questions.

  • You must cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or you will be charged the 50% cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more CONSECUTIVE appointments. This is for the sake of reaching your personal skincare goals that you are trying to achieve as well as keeping the business running smoothly for all clientele.

  • Cancelling after the 24 hour mark will result in a non-refundable charge of 50% of the scheduled treatment. No shows are charged the full service amount.

    If the payment is not made within 2 days an invoice will be sent. You must pay this invoice prior to booking another appointment at Queen B Skin.

    Queen B Skin reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that is marked as a no show.

  • You will not be able to book your appointment until the balance is paid. If it is not paid within 5 business days from the date it was due it will be sent to collections and you will be terminated as a client indefinitely from Queen B Skin.

  • If you are later than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time this will result in an extra charge of $10. If you are late, we may not be able to accomplish everything you were originally scheduled for.

  • No. A valid card is required, with no exceptions, in order to hold your time slot. You will not be charged until after your treatment has been completed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. No exceptions.

  • One other person besides the client is allowed in the room at a time. Children under 10 should not be in the treatment room while services are in progress.

  • Upon booking your first treatment, you will have a 15-20 minute consultation with Brittaney to review your medical history and discuss your skin goals and concerns. From there, you and Brittaney will create a treatment plan for your scheduled service, as well as, put together an effective at home regimen for you to follow. The products Brittaney recommends are not required to be purchased on the same day, but it is highly recommended to help you achieve great skin health and to reach your goals. Great skin is 80% homecare & 20% treatment.

  • If it is your first appointment here at Queen B Skin, book the First Time Client Consultation + Treatment. If you are a returning client and do not know what to book next, please text Brittaney.

  • Please arrive on time, and with a bare face. Stop the use of any Exfoliates, AHA, BHA, and Vitamin A products such as Retin-A, Retinol, Tretinoin, and Differen for 1 week prior to your service. (See more information here). Also try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment as Brittaney will definitely be recommending a home care regimen personalized for you.
